Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) class focuses on the art of grappling, ground control, and submissions, making it an essential skill for self-defense, competition, and overall fitness. Students will learn key techniques such as sweeps, takedowns, escapes, and submissions while improving balance, coordination, and mental toughness. Classes include structured drills, partner training, and controlled sparring (rolling) in a safe and supportive environment.
