HEAD COACH – TERRI REDMOND
“The Queen of Pain”
Fighter • Coach • Personal Trainer
Terri Redmond is a powerhouse in and out of the ring. With over 12 years of Muay Thai experience and a black belt in kickboxing, she is an active competitor across kickboxing, full rules Muay Thai, and pro rules Muay Thai in small gloves—already proving herself at the highest levels of the sport. She continues to push her limits and inspire others to do the same.
Known in the ring as the “Queen of Pain,” Terri brings a rare mix of precision, grit, and artistry to every fight. Her style is aggressive but technical—sharp elbows, punishing kicks, relentless pressure, and elite fight IQ. She isn’t just a striker; she’s a strategist who reads opponents quickly, adapts instantly, and brings an intensity that leaves a lasting impression.
As a personal trainer and head coach, Terri is just as formidable as she is supportive. She’s the type of coach who demands your best while making you believe you’re capable of even more. Her coaching blends expert technique, real-world strength, mental toughness, and confidence-building, helping students grow from the inside out—whether they’re complete beginners or seasoned martial artists.
Outside the gym, Terri is a full-time stained glass designer and professional artist. Her creativity is as sharp as her striking, and she brings the same focus, precision, and intention into her coaching. A true animal lover, she also runs a hobby farm with a lively mix of goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, guineas, a donkey, and her two beloved dogs.
Terri has trained in Thailand and plans to return to continue deepening her knowledge at the source. Her life is a unique blend of grit, artistry, discipline, and heart—and she brings all of it into the community she leads.
In Short:
Terri Redmond is the coach who makes you stronger,
