Women’s only Muay Thai

Our Women’s only Muay Thai and Self Defense class is designed to empower women of all fitness and experience levels through practical self defense techniques and traditional Muay Thai training. This class provides a safe, supportive, and high energy environment where women can build confidence, improve strength, and learn effective striking skills using, punches, kicks, knees and elbows..

In addition to Muay Thai techniques, the class incorporates real world self defense strategies, including situational awareness, defensive movements, and escape techniques. Through pad work, partner drills, and fitness conditioning, participants will develop mental and physical resilience while having fun and getting a great work out.
